First Spring Hike

Bryan and I went hiking this weekend in the hills down by Old Fort. We found some crocuses up and discovered some of the hills ripped up for a massive sand/gravel pit. This picture doesn't nearly show the scope of it, and some of the woods we'd hiked through were marked off for further destruction.

Forest of Light

I've been wanting to experiment more with camera movement for awhile now. It's interesting how different each image is, and the results are so unpredictable. This on is my favorite of the set.

About This Blog

My photos are about being in the moment and experiencing the richness of our everyday surroundings. Mind and eye become one and garbage cans in the alley spring to life in colour and light.

I'll be posting a new photo every Sunday.
